DAVID W. TOETZ

David* is the Vice-President of Inde­pen­dence Cap­i­tal Co., Inc. in Cleve­land, Ohio. He is also a licensed Attor­ney in Ohio and Penn­syl­va­nia and in the U.S. Dis­trict Court for the North­ern Dis­trict of Ohio.  David grad­u­ated from Bald­win Wal­lace Col­lege with a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence and from Cleveland-Marshall Col­lege of Law at Cleve­land State Uni­ver­sity with a Juris Doc­tor­ate. Dave been in the finan­cial ser­vices / money man­age­ment field since 1985 and has strived to give clients strate­gies dur­ing their work­ing years and espe­cially as they near and enter into retire­ment. By pro­vid­ing his clients with money man­age­ment strate­gies, retire­ment dis­tri­b­u­tion meth­ods, and full estate plan­ning, David has pro­fes­sion­ally and com­pre­hen­sively served his clients.

David has served on var­i­ous boards and legal pro­fes­sional orga­ni­za­tions. He has served as past Pres­i­dent of the Parma Bar Asso­ci­a­tion and con­tin­ues to serve as that organization’s Con­tin­u­ing Legal Edu­ca­tion Chair­man. He has also taught classes at Cuya­hoga Com­mu­nity Col­lege and cur­rently serves on the Board of Direc­tors of a large North­ern Ohio Credit Union.
